Rich black sand-washed cupro rayon knit. Mid-weight double knit is stable, opaque, with a supple smooth hand, soft silky drape, crosswise stretch and no rolling at the cut edge so cutting and sewing is easy. Hard to find, usually produced for a designer and a great stand-in for silk. A beautiful blend of fibers, milled in Japan and right for both tops and bottoms -- a t-shirt, tunic, dress, sweater, shrug, soft pant, skirt, lounge wear, caftan or a layering piece.
